When I start the car after not using it for a while, the engine meet dies. The RPM just drops And the car dies.. What could be the difficulty to this?

And I hit a rattling wrinkled idle, which I conceive is caused by the ISC valve? And when I looked under the hood, the engine seems to shake a lot.. What does this mean?

Can I put wider/larger tires on the back of my truck?

I hit a 2001 Suzuki Xl-7, 2 of the tires requirement to be replaced, they are normal every seasons. I know a man that's commerce 2 used all-terrain tires that are slightly wider than my current tires. Can I place my 2 prizewinning tires in face and the 2 all-terrains in back? when i ran the car with its hood unstoppered at the warmed-up low idle, about 650-700rpm , with the ac on and the rotate on the compressor spinning, after most a time i cound not really feel some modify in the temperature in the grayness chamber thats in the ac lines between the compressor and the exclusive of the vehicle evap. canister? . it not really intend hotter or colder.
