When I start the automobile after not using it for a while, the engine meet dies. The RPM just drops And the automobile dies.. What could be the difficulty to this?

And I have a really rough idle, which I conceive is caused by the ISC valve? And when I looked under the hood, the engine seems to shake a lot.. What does this mean?

Can I put wider/larger tires on the back of my truck?

I have a 2001 Suzuki Xl-7, 2 of the tires requirement to be replaced, they are normal all seasons. I undergo a man that's commerce 2 utilised all-terrain tires that are slightly wider than my underway tires. Can I put my 2 prizewinning tires in front and the 2 all-terrains in back?
