I am working on a Mercedes and I am doing a head gasket. The torque spec says instead of ft pounds, its rated in Nm 55Nm . What is the transmutation of Nm in measure pounds?

Leaking proportioning regulator on my 01 ram 1500. Slow flowing out of bottom of valve. I have read on a falsity forum about just replacing the o-ring? Looks like a evenhandedly simple process? Is this generally ground the regulator is leaking? Do I requirement torque specs when I R & R the nut/screw on the bottom of valve?

My Haynes doesn't have the info.
It's a 1993 f150 with the 5.8. The bolts are the 12 saucer bolts for the driveshaft flange.
Anybody undergo what the force setting is?
