What size tampon should I use?

I meet want an intent of what to use... 'Cause I don't want to buy a box and not use them because they're the wrong size.
On my heavier days I can ingest a onerous flow pad and dress that for like 7 hours. Or a reddened pad for same 4 hours. So what filler would be good? :/
Awkward question, but I meet want someones opinion...
Also, I do a bunch of skiing every weekend and stuff, so would Playtex Sport be good? Tampax Pearl? Or what?
I'm just so displeased of pads.

Ok so I'm 13 and in 7th grade. I don't hit a mom, and I live with my dad. My period usually comes every threesome weeks, and lasts most 7 days. It is really heavy. It's so ascent I hit to dress The large filler in pads, even then it will encounter it's artefact to my underwear.
