Is it safe to re-connect a disconnected SRS (airbag) wire?

I fresh bought a used 1997 Honda Accord V6. The dash SRS reddened was on, so I was feat to reset the SRS light by using the clip method at the MES connector. However, upon hunting low the panache at the base of my steering column, I could wager that the airbag plugs both yellow with 2 wires apiece were disconnected. I haven't set the reddened yet since it will obviously ease go backwards on with these wires not connected.

I don't know why they are garbled but the automobile does hit a remote official installed in it so I don't know if whoever installed it would have needed to disconnect the block and forgot to block it backwards together or what. What could be reasons as to why this block was garbled in the first place?

The dealer wants 135 meet to countenance at it. If it could be as simple as meet re-connecting the plugs and resetting the SRS light I can do that myself.
