Ok so why would the secondaries open when in park and just sitting there then revving it up because when they unstoppered at around 3000 rpm is when the car stops revving some higher could the spring be bad?

Motorcycle carb cleaning - broke the Pilot Screw limiter cap off my pilot screw.. what to do?

I hit an '81 honda cm400e that I've been disagreeable to decent the carbs up. While I was removing the pilot screw in the right carb body, i couldn't intend the washer and outflow out so I proven screwing the airman screw backwards in the grab the outflow and washer.. well I screwed in likewise far and it poor the limiter cap. So I proven production a screw in the mess to catch the remainder of the pilot screw but was not able to intend it out. I don't want to drill too such as it will make the remotion of the airman propellor nearly impossible. I don't want to by a newborn carburetor or a pilot screw i module if i have to . So i hit a few questions...
1 Would a propellor setup be best to remove the pilot screw?
2 Can I just yield the airman propellor in there - how would my cycle run with the propellor every the artefact screwed in there?
3 If I hit to intend a newborn airman screw, can I acquire it by itself or do i need a carb build kit?
4 How do I install a newborn airman screw/ limiter cap?

I have a 71 Camaro with a small block 350 existence fed by a Holley 750, which I just rebuilt. After the carburetor rebuild, the automobile was streaming flush with a broad idle. So, I went about adjusting it to lean it out and calm downbound the idle. Now, when I try to start the car, it very roughly cranks trying to turnover, but it never fires. I thought I had icy up the solenoid in the starter, so I let the car set overnight. No disagreement this morning. I've prefabricated trusty that everything is hooked backwards up, no perceptible clean leaks, etc. The starter is new and the shelling was just recharged. Any suggestions?

Carburetor Mixture Screw Settings?

What is the correct environment for these screws on a Holley 750 feeding a 350 Chevy diminutive block engine? I've rebuilt the carburetor, and I think I'm having whatever trouble with the vacuum/fuel ratio. How many "turns" of the screw should they be set at? I'm getting an speed stall even with the floats ordered extremely high.
Jets were high initially - 72's. Prior to build I had jetted down to 67 and had no problems.

I bought the engine and transmission for 20 bucks. I'm replacing the valves and the piston.

I'm just potty on what added I need to get the cycle to be complete.

I know I need the frame I'm feat to weld it , the radiator I hit it already , the suspension, the battery, the wheels & brakes, the misc. cables & hoses, the carburetor, an air cleaner, and the fuel tank.

I feel like I'm absent something though...

Oh and it would be enthusiastic if anyone referred some good sites to acquire bike parts.
