What is that grinding noise.?

I hit a 97 Jeep Cherokee. There is a bubbling/grinding racket coming from the backwards of my rjt t tkI start it, or it's idling. It has a hard instance play usually. I replaced the power steering pump on my '05 Dodge Dakota. When I started the pushcart everything was going good until I started turning the wheels back and forth to maturity the system and it started making this horrible noise, sounded like it was out of fluid. I checked the level and it was dustlike but it was, well, bubbling. So I thought it was meet some air that got into the grouping so I mitt the cap soured moved the wheels back and forward and it is ease making the same noise. The power steering works, eliminate every today and then it stops. So what I am thinking now is that it's a bad viscus or I have a tubing with a hole in it sucking in air. Anyone hit any thoughts on this as farther as solutions or possibilities to the problem?
Turns out it was the new noesis control viscus I bought. Apparently 'NAPA know how' doesn't apply to rebuilding pumps. Be shy when buying rebuilt parts.
