I sold a laptop on eBay. The buyer utilised buy it now. I am shy of the vendee because he only has 3 feedback and 1 is perverse stating that he is a scammer, but he paid immediately. I am worried he will try to chargeback erst receiving the item.

I dispatched him an email asking to support that he bought the item postage come says UK but his eBay strikingness says USA . It's been 2 days and I've had no reply, and I don't think I'll intend one.

The come provided is fortified by paypal seller protection, so technically if I place to it I'll ease be fortified against disputes against me for 'item not received'. However it doesn't seem same a enthusiastic idea to meet send the laptop when the vendee isn't responding at all. Would it be a better decision to supply a refund and just relist the item for understanding again?

@Gary - there isn't much I crapper do at this point. He's already bought it and paid, albeit not responding to my emails. If I give him a defrayal he may complain. If I ship it but study all of Paypal's guidelines, then he shouldn't be healthy to unstoppered a disagreement against me.
