Went to Just Brakes here in san antonio to get a inspection. I figured the backwards was feat to need rotors and brake all around, around 230 bucks. 2005 f150 xlt sc 4x4 101,000....Bought this truck in September with 93,000. dealer said they place newborn brakes on...this thing ran like a champ. i mitt it movement from Jan 19th until march 25th patch i was discover of town....got back and as presently as i crowd most 3 or 4 miles i could odor the breaks burning... the front passenger brakes were smoking and extremely hot..the face utility was hot and smelled..took it to ford for a brake inspection they said the front brake are at a 13 and the rear at a 7. and that they took it for a test drive and there was no smell and no issues seen on some component, pads rotors or calipers.drove it home, aforementioned issue. took it backwards and they said they place some newborn oil on the pistons and it was closing time and that i crapper have the pushcart back. drove it bag aforementioned issue..when i intend there is NO pull, and the journeyman at ford said that the brake are worn evenly. i took it backwards and dropped the key hoping SOMEONE crapper figure it discover on Monday because they are winking on Sundays. i hit talked to whatever knowledgeable grouping right of ford and they think i need new calipers. anybody think they crapper provide me a lowercase support on what it is and how much i can expect to pay? some help is understood
