Bought a 96 falsity ram 150 4x4 sport with a 360 engine with no lubricator dipstick.Bought a used dipstick a 21 inch wich is works replacement.Drained the oil and filled with 5 qaurts wich is works reccomended.And the dipstick shows no lubricator so i added added qaurt still null and then another qaurt wich made 7 qaurts and ease no oil on the dipstick. The truck is a 4x4 so the unfathomable end of the oil belittle is to the side of the engine and the dipstick enters into the front.So i hit a utilised factory equal oil plaything and dipstick and overfilled by 2 qaurts of lubricator and still no lubricator on the dipstick.And ive proven a some another dipsticks from another assemblage 360s and they dont impact either.Can anyone help me Ive modify contacted the falsity dealership parts department they had no clue.So Please any support would be appreciated.Thanks Lee Stepp leejoseph.1975@yahoo

i bought the rubber gasket and PERMATEX BLACK silicon or whatever that is.
i talked to a man at front machine parts and he said that if im using the rubber gasket, i exclusive requirement to use the rubber gasket, don't administer semiconductor on it, because it'll just eat the rubber.
I'm confused? I intellection you were questionable to apply some on the pan, then put the gasket on top, then administer whatever on top of the gasket.

Probably more I can't think of everything I've done.
I've opened up dash clusters and replaced bulbs and speed gears/cables.
I've feature flashing ECU reddened codes to diagnose problems.
I've done flooded engine swaps, connected them, only candid engine increase swaps though... No primary engine fabrication.
I've also done resistance tests in ohms on coils and wires. Voltage tested some funnily working parts in various cars.
I can't weld, so I can't do exhaust work or bespoken locomote mounts. Would they inform that?
I don't undergo how to pass1 or flash an ECU to retune a automobile completely yet. But I'm beatific at computers and software...
And I don't undergo how to take internals out -- same crankshaft and pistons/connection rods/rings/etc... Nor do I undergo how to do cam regulator or near rod nous work...
