Action Replay code for shiny pokemon in Fire Red?

Alright, I've spent somewhere around 3 hours trying to amount this out. I've been taking codes from all over the place, mixing em together, ownership em separate, trying everything I can conceive of. Seeing as this is the most likely place to get a response, I definite to place the discourse here and wager what I could see. For reference: I'm playing Fire Red, using the Action Replay DS/GBA band and I got whatever of current codes from loadingnow's pass and another various sites. BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT MY DS/GBA COMBO: I undergo some of these are written for just the GBA Action Replay HOWEVER I've utilised individual codes from his pass and they've worked just fine. I meet can't get the shiny one to work. I don't wager how it would make a difference sight as mine is MORE up to date than a plain GBA one.

THEN I keep the shiny code separate, the charmander code separate, invoke em both on and.....nothing still again! I've done this with several other codes and pokemon and such and I get nothing. Even when I don't hit a limited pokemon selected I ease can't make it encounter disorderly shiny pokemon either.

The game starts, the pokemon attack, nothing is criminal with the game. The shiny pokemon meet don't appear. I can't conceive of anything else to do so this is my last resort. Any ideas?
