Are Continental Tires any good?

I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic sedan and the automobile came with Continental Procontact P205 tires. Are they good all defy tires? I ever had cars become with Bridgestone or Michelin tires. I never heard of Continental so I was wondering. Cannot intend many customer reviews on this tire. I have snow and fall to drive on,so I desired to know what they were same in those conditions. If the tires are not beatific I guess I module hit to change them with something better.
