my altimas stuck in park...could it be sensor valve to master cylinder?

Im holding downbound the brushwood and the shift tumbler will not move from park unless i road the solenoid that is in the housing of the agitate assembly. i have replaced the shift assembly but after doing so my brake locked up during the test drive. its ease sticking in park and since then i have replaced the shelling and ascd switch but with no luck. COULD IT BE MY SENSOR VALVE causing all this? if so do i requirement to hit a characteristic done? does it hit to be by the dealer if i need one or some mechanic?
