Tampon!!!!!? Help!? Girls?

I'm 14. Some of my friends ingest tampons and I'm on my punctuation atm and I have swimming tomorrow so I intellection it give it a try.
So I've just place in my first tampon.

I waited most 40 minutes and I was alitle bit nervous, so I tryed attractive it out.
When I pulled on it genly it REALLY hurt. So I mitt it for about 10 minutes before disagreeable again. This time when I attempted to pull it out, it again - REALLY perceive and would not budge. I became so afraid and scared and I pulled quite hard, despertatr that I could intend it out. After afew minutes and alot of pain I pulled it discover and i was so relieved.
Why would it not become out easily? Was it because it didn't have alot of blood in?
Also, will I hit a brawny risk of tss now?
I wanted to wear digit tomorrow and I HAVE to go swimming - it's not an option. But that expirienced has really place me off tampons today and I'm not trusty what to do.
