Why does my car make a rattling noise and what should I do about it?

I intend an automatic 1993 Honda Civic LX with 145,000 miles on it. This car has been dynamical well since I bought it at the beginning of the year for the most part. The funny thing is after I got a tune up finished the car started making a screeching noise whenever I would move it, most of the time anyway, it wouldn't always attain the noise. Other than the speedometer randomly going disturbed and/or descending down to 0 on me rarely while driving, the racket was the exclusive problem I noticed. I've never had anything finished most the meter supply but it hasn't happened in months, so I adopt something could have been loose or something...
