Ford Idle Air Control Valve Questions:

on my 96 ford functionary it was at 3000 RPM'S during idle when i got home last night. i unplugged the idle air curb valve and it idled downbound to beneath 1000, but i plugged it back up and again back up to 3000. is the air control regulator the problem or could it be something else feat on?

I have a 2000 ford pore zts. First I was pumping pedal went to invoke on the automobile after and it would power up then expire a ordinal later. Got to impact then coming home the car would just invoke soured atleast 8-9 times.

When the truck is first started and ran everything is good. Once the pushcart gets warmed up, it will run rough when idling in equipment D , when touched to Park the indolent evens out. This is what we hit done so far: Replaced flash plugs and wires, replaced the Idle Air Control Valve, replaced the uptake O2 Sensor, replaced the Mass Airflow sensor. The Check Engine light was on, then after we replaced the Idle Air Control Valve it went out, with the truck ease idling wrinkled in gear when warm. Trying to find out what to check/replace or decent next. Maybe the EGR Valve? The engine does hit a miss, its not bad. We had the fault codes patterned and doable causes led us to start replacing the above mentioned parts. Thanks for some help!
Just ran across another Ford having this aforementioned supply and someone mentioned a sensor that tells the machine when the engine is hearty and should reduce the ammount of fuel, like a choke. Does anyone undergo anything about this? What is it called? Where on the engine can I encounter it?
Update - I had the codes checked and it came up with an nonachievement for the TPS, I replaced it. No more imperfectness codes but the supply remains. When the engine gets hearty it idles wrinkled in gear.
Update - during boost test driving the check engine reddened flashed for about 10 seconds patch feat up a precipitous construction then went soured nearby the top. After fastening then restarting the truck the check engine reddened is today back on steady - not experience . Same idling supply remains.

I have taken it to 2 shops that said they patterned for clean leaks and I have fixed the digit that was found but code is still there. I hit a code detector its a good one, no affordable stuff and I continuously analyse the live accumulation and withhold frame, I hit done koeo and koer tests both passed.
My brief term fuel cut after exchange the o2 sensors front 2 , disconnecting the shelling for 30 transactions and parcel all dtc's and KAM looked like this.
Stft bank 1 7.8
Stft slope 2 7.8
Ltft slope 1 25.0
ltft bank 2 25.0
My sensor emf is within normal range 0.015 when off and 0.600 or so when on.
One of them bank 1 device 2 emf says 0 maybe its faulty but its the rear correct sensor.
I checked codes the next farewell after driving to a appt.

Stft bank 2 15.6
ltft bank 2 25.0.
I module be exchange the render filter, dpfe and erst again checking for vacuum leaks and making trusty no unmetered air is entering my engine. The MAF is evenhandedly newborn as well as the fuel pump. That is aftermarket hi flow.

Today I was going along at 30mph with basically no electrical load. Windows were downbound air conditioning off, everything added apart from the engine off. I definite to turn everythng on all at once ease going 30 mph. When I started to turn left into a union and went into neutral for 2nd gear the car stalled I assume because of the Brobdingnagian electrical alluviation settled on it from basically 0.
I beleive it's the idle expose curb valve. I meet want to make certain it is as they are quite expensive.

The engine at a stop is very vibraty, crapper see vibrations through the car. The engine revs up and down ok, but when it comes to idle, it would go to most 600rpm then become backwards up to most 850
The idle seems to be at a normal speed when it holds it there. It meet shudders a bit meet when comming back to indolent for example feat into neutral the revs modify to about 600 from 2000. this is when it stalls.

My discourse is, Can I revilement my airbox expose filter holding abstract without screwing up my IAC Idle Air Control valve? The IAC is actually latched to the airbox on the crowning end, and the air is worn in though the lowermost end duh so can I let my truck expel better without screwing up my Fuel/Air mix? Also, it's a machinelike AIC, not electronic, so it's prob nowhere nearby as accurate...

First I hit an engine reddened on and I hit the codes. 171, 174, 303, 316
The engine stumbles and has diminutive backfire popping at the tailpipe as soon as I near the pedal pedal and it is hard to start. The pushcart was clean for most figure months. So farther I hit denaturized the fuel filter, air filter, crank position sensor, and flash plugs. I have also clean the MAF sensor, Idle air control valve, and the PCV valve.
Just patterned the fuel push its 22psi and the manual I hit said it should be between 47-63psi. I am intellection the difficulty is the render pump now.
