Rough in plumbing question (slab on grade with a small building)?

There is no frost line here east Texas, mild winters . I'm building a small building 12x16 for me to use as an at-home-office. It module have a sink and commode. I will not be hiring a plumber, as this is my hobby project. I crapper afford to attain mistakes here.

I need to know, when I place the drain tube arrhythmia in the trenches before pouring slab , does any conception of it requirement to be wrapped in foam? Problems getting to sleep - is my sleeping pattern to be worried about or normal?

When I was around 12 and started suffering from depression I didn't sleep properly as my nous always seems to stray onto one thing or another and get distracted and I slept around 3hours a night for ages but then it got classified but years after I am doing it again. I hit to intend up at 6 most days so not managing to get to rest until same 3 or something doesn't do me some good. I am actually exhausted, lately in particular. I've actually got to the stage that I'm constantly over-tired so that it makes it modify harder to intend off to rest in the prototypal place. The most hours I normally intend is around 5, which is more compared to 2 or 3 but still not enough as I never seem to get a catch up time. And when I do rest I can't just go and lie in bottom I have to wait until I'm falling asleep as I'm doing whatever, and I will normally essay and feature something or do something dull but that doesn't help much. I also consequence up randomly in the night and sometimes after 3hours of rest I module meet wake up and not get back to rest until around 2 the next night. It gets to the point where I feel same a travel decedent - earlier I felt so bushed it was like everything going on around me was surreal, same I was on drugs or something!! Its horrible but I'm not trusty if I should be worried. My instructor at college said to intend to the doctors and checked discover but as I've had problems sleeping for years I don't see they could help in any artefact and I'm play to conceive maybe it is just how I am and my sleep patterns work. Can't sleep anymore since a break-up between two of my friends?

They were unitedly for two years. Then got in a pretty horrible fisticuffs a pair of weeks past not physically and poor up. They obstructed occurrence and touched on.

But for some think -I- can't seem to intend over their fight. It's constantly in my mind; especially how extra it was and how things could be meliorate with a taste of decorous communication. Since their break-up, I'm lucky to be able to intend 3 hours of rest during a night. I'm exhausted, my eyes and head perceive like hell and I can't seem to help them get over themselves and speech things out.

Is anyone old with this? Is there some artefact how to make pact with the fact something just went stupid and that's it?

why doesnt my pc boot up? the system turns on but no boot up!?

I get null on the screen yet the system turns on, fans are spinning, dvd drive and hdd are spinning and lights are on but not booting up on the screen.. I proven removing the shelling and module and overturned the computer to reset the bios turned it off put everything backwards overturned on system and still no boot up, proven the connector abstract and the same nothing!!! Getting frustrated.. Thought maybe the video bill but nope had a spare digit and place that digit in and ease nothing.. Please help.. I want to exhaust all options before I buy another mobo proc and memory, my mobo is old , no pci express or sata.. 2005 mobo/procsr
nope no beeps, the mobo has a little speak on the lowermost mitt corner, it's round.
I bought a brand new noesis supply and installed it and this is whats happening, it was happening with the old noesis supply, I would hit to push the noesis button a some times before it would boot up, thats ground I bought a new PS..
