Engine Conversion Kits Questions:

If my headlight connector is getting no power does that mean the relay is bad?

The automobile is a 2000nissan maxima.
Yesterday my headlamp went discover after I plugged in my newborn hid bulb
I took out the full hid transmutation kit and place my normal headlamp back in and it still won't light up. Also my atmosphere lamps went out at well
I tested the headlight socket with a test reddened and there is no power to the wires at all
Does that mean I hit a bad relay
I checked the fuse box in the automobile and the digit in the engine niche and there are slots for the headlights 20a but both fuses are absent for the headlights. But the abstract that's effort me is my headlights hit always worked without the fuses? Please help me I'm feat to go disturbed !

I would like to turn my 1972 vw hammer into a baja fault but I dont think that the old flat 4 engine would be coercive enough. If it is powerfull sufficiency i was going to raise parts on the engine and posibly a turbo. I also dont know if there might be engine conversion kits or turbo kits. This is my discourse to the President:-
Mr.President you have always advocated like some Presidents before that we should turn our dependency on external oil. You are also strongly behind the environmentally cordial alternative sources of energy.
We in this Country have an quantity of Natural Gas. But it is a dishonor that we can't use it freely to separate our cars on Natural Gas CNG same whatever Govt cars are armored to run which is so much cleaner and 1/4 as expensive as gasoline which has been over 3/- though the oil prices hit come down and the summer season is over. The same car engines that use gasoline crapper ingest CNG. Countries same Bharat which are inferior technologically advanced have jillions of cars that separate on Natural Gas and the outlay of transmutation from fuel separate to Nat Gas is farther less compared to here and more over they hit Gas Stations that modify both gasoline and Nat gas side by side. In this Country the transmutation kit itself costs 12,000/- nearly as much as a newborn car and it has to be installed exclusive by a licenced school per EPA standards! and even after all that you can't encounter a station that fills Nat Gas, all this probably because of the powerful Oil Companies and all the Administrations so far hit been slaves to them.
Why can't you do anything about it so you can spend us ordinary grouping zillions of dollars, not exclusive on fuel but consequently on food, transportaion and other regular necessities?
The BIG Banks intend their bailouts and BIG Oil companies intend their tax reprieves in billions behind our backs and with the taxes we pay, while we'r left to lick our wounds in private because there is no lobbiest that fights for our suffering.

Everything neccessary for the conversion and did it and it ran dustlike on insipid But...
The difficulty is whenever you impact some type of a construction on it the engine seems to bogs downbound o same 10-15 mph and when you stop enrich full downbound it cuts out, on flats its sweet.
It isn't rollers as it isn't that type of andante down it's more like the flash timing hasn't advanced or something.
Also when It has done same 5 miles on a insipid separate and I come to kibosh at a union it sometimes cuts discover and doesn't start up again until it's cold, any ideas?
