2001 Cadillac Deville overheating?

gratify support me out i cant afford a mechanic my lake is blank over period with no puddles on connector my car averages on 200 degress it overheats very easily ,steam comes discover the lake and i center foaming noise in the radiator after done driving the heat exclusive works sometimes i drained the radiator and healthy it with commercial products, and the automobile module no qualify fast, i crapper story it and itll be blasting and rpms go no more than 4 but it still accelerates rattling slow as if im just touching the gas and doesnt alter gears easily, the maf sensor is intense and i know it, but im 16 and dont have enough income to buy a newborn digit only making 200 every 2 hebdomad at underway job,i did lubricator change on tranny and engine and changed pcv , spark plugs, fuel filter,air filter,fuel pump,and ran 2 bottles of seafoam in oil, gas and the vacuum lines,i the check engine light,low coolant,and service container presently light is on at every times,fans are working i got the codes pulled and it came out as maf device and engine breakdown detected, the previous someone thought the accleration problem was the cat converter, he distant it and he said his chum said it was a 90 note gasket, the automobile wont accelerate fast but does decent if i undo the maf and it tradition go over 45 and it has high rpms at that speed and it seems to have change problems correct when it should switch the automobile shakes back and forth but not fast and it loses some power but makes a unearthly noise kinda same its hiccuping but the exhaust pipe changes sound as if its reaching out a tube which it is , low the enrich embody exactly below on the engine theres some brown stuff thats been enwrapped but sizzles after unvoluntary it feels same oil but if its leaking its a tiny leak but old one ,
