It's a Suzuki Alto 1984. It was a unusually cold morning today i.e. -30 C or -22F . The automobile was totally frozen, and was pretty hard to intend it started. When it started, I crowd for 2 kms and noted the car was overheating and heater was blowing cold air.

I patterned the alternator belt one that drives water pump and track appears to be in beatific condition. The coolant in the radiator is not frozen, and it is hot. There is no lubricator in the coolant and no coolant in the oil, so I conceive head gasket is fine.
When I unstoppered the radiator container and raise throttle, the coolant level goes downbound and on releasing enrich coolant take rises, perhaps this stingy water pump is also fine?
I think, there strength be whatever coolant frozen in the lines somewhere, or could it be the liquid pump? A taste confused.

I distant the engine due to rod knock/welded bearing
Did a rank rebuild
flywheel
clutch
Balance shaft withdraw kit
Cos-worth Crankshaft
Rods
bearings
head gasket set
seals etc
but i didn't change the oil viscus
when everything was said and done it started right up and ran rattling uncreased and good, no leaks, no respiration from the exhaust.. everything just perfectuntil..
My Problem is this..
When i start the car and leave it running, it runs smooth and works perfect,, it revs substantially and runs at idle 700-800rpm
When it hits operating temperature it runs nearly same its firing the spark at the criminal time on digit of the cylinders and it starts clunking and squealing a little likewise substantially i never let it streaming daylong sufficiency to check it out i always invoke off at that point...
