Bleeding trailer brakes?

I installed a Tie Down inflate actuator last flavour and also the Tie Down brake lines. I was able to bleed the brakes fine. My one distinction poor the one utmost away from the officer cylinder and I decided to modify it out. I filled the the actuator with dot 3 changeful and started bleeding. Problem is the changeful exclusive gets to the digit caliper, the other side nothing. Tried the hand pump, starting from irritate with no fluid in the lines, and ease nothing. If anyone has some ideas I would revalue it. I crapper also respond some of your questions if my statement isn't clear. Thank you.

92 Dodge Shadow ES Turbo ERROR code 13?

My automobile keeps expulsion out error code 13 which says Map sensor/vacuum lines. I've replaced the transpose sensor ease having issues. Replaced the PCV valve ease having problems. Car stalls when driving, indolent is erratic, and surges when pedal tone presses to the floor. Car jerks really intense when it surges. After car has been parked for an hour or digit the brake pedal is stiff like it has been pressed binary times to bleed the brakes. Please support
