Blue screen when installing Vista? Help!?

My computer is basically naffed. I reset the BIOS and booted from CD, deleted my construction and when I establish Vista, it just chromatic screens patch it's expanding files!

My brother bought a newborn computer and gave me his older one. His older was having 'BIOS' problems.
