I'm constantly evacuated and depleted, mentally, emotionally and physically. I set in my bed on average 22, 23 hours a day. I can go weeks with only effort up for food, the bathroom, shower 2x a week.
I feel nauseous often, my vision is becoming consistently blurry. I've begun to hit frequent offense hallucinations- jillions of ants crawling on the carpet, my surroundings feat "wobbly", ting in the corners of my eye.

I have intense paranoia that comes and goes in waves- for a couple months I crapper be literally sitting unfit with fear unable to rest with all lights on, mostly terrified of Aliens. I do conceive it's very likely we are existence watched by creatures but I'm unsure if they're philanthropic or malevolent. maybe both. but intellection of it makes me want to kill myself, I see my mentality is existence invaded by them and they know my mind. When I go discover of the concern I'm always paranoid of existence killed or a hardship and I have rattling intense anxiety. Humans both frighten me and disgust me, they seem utterly external I truly don't see human, but I know this is meet maladaptive thinking and I AM a homo sapien . I don't desire relationships humanities or friendly . I fit the "schizoid" attach dead actually. The only constructive relations towards humans I have, is I'm capable of nameless approval behavior.

I am very easily affected by other's actions and what I perceive to be their thoughts. I see like other people's energy and problems "project" on me and cannot stand existence in manlike proximity for long. It's progressed to stuff like ads, music, commercials, movies, etc. it feels like they invade, break me.
I also "absorb" their worldview or beliefs or whatever, modify if it conflicts with my own, so that I feel same it is my own belief modify if it disgusts me , but I hit scholarly to realize what's happening, and that it yet goes away.
my mentality goes on machine pilot and "tries on" assorted characteristics. Sometimes I modify up liking a characteristic, and it becomes a conception of my actualised 'self'
