I have a 1967 mustang with a 5.0 in it and I just recently bought a Champion Aluminum radiator 3 core. Well its likewise big and the have follower and follower aggregation do not fit so I am gonna go with an electric radiator. I was meet wondering if anybody had some suggestions for what brand is beatific or how some cfms I module need for the daily driver. I hit a 100 watt alternator so it should be able to pump out the juice necessary for an electric fan.
Also i was meet feat to run the follower all the time not having a relay switch or anything but wasnt sure if this would ready the engine from achievement its proper temperature.

My 1994 Ford Mustang GT has been stopped for a year cod to a sending failure. I live in Spain so I had to move for a rattling daylong instance dirt I could encounter an automatic sending here. Anyway, when I got the automobile backwards on the agency it suddenly started overheating exclusive on the highway, the treatment bottle would get flooded and spill every the coolant. I did a google search and institute out that the stock radiator is too small for the 5 litter mustang engine so I upgraded it with a new all aluminum 3 bed radiator. OK, today the automobile does not overheat anymore but it builds tremendous push on the coolant hoses and module spill all the coolant if I open the radiator lid. Coolant goes from the expansion bottleful into the radiator as the radiator needs more coolant, but when the radiator gets hot, shouldn't it convey some coolant to the bottle? It does not return any coolant, it just builds push and when the coolant gets algid again then the pressure on the hoses goes away.
Is there something wrong with the radiator? Or does it have a blown head gasket as my mecanic says? There is no smoke coming from the radiator if I unstoppered the lid, and the car does not consume some coolant, it meet builds pressure on the hoses.

We fixed the overheating problem by exchange the regulator and housing..then digit days later, it starts overheating again..lots of white respiration reaching out..the engine shaking at start up..we did check the oil and it wasn't 'milky'. So, that's why lots have been saying it's the head gasket. One of them was my relation who has rebuilt author Mustangs for over 30 years..
