My GMC Yukon XL 1500 XL battery keeps ending after a some hours. AAA checked the battery and it is good and the alternator is fine. They said I may hit a "parastic draw", where something electrical in the car is pulling juice when I invoke it off?
Does anyone know most how much that would outlay to repair? I titled GMC/Chevy and they can only tell me it is 140 to "diagnose" and cannot provide me some estimate on how much it would outlay to mend or repair. I would revalue some support I crapper get from someone who is a mechanic or has had this problem happen to them in the past. Thank you.

the vender said does requirement an alternator.......Apparently this module outlay about 300- prefabricated a few calls today...But Ive been dynamical the car for two days. Some stopping. Starting fine....Battery reddened is on and sometimes sounds a bit low indolent etc....But its an older automobile that I really dont WANT to be in repair shops not to name outlay extra money. DO YOU think its beatific chance its alright for awhile? Or could an alternator meet '''go'' suddently?? Again, I just rather drive it ... not go to bushel shops if its starting okay...

I have a 2006 Honda Civic DX with 72,000 miles on it.

Could this be a difficulty with the prototypal battery? I'm not sure how old it is... but I don't think it's more than 5-7 years.
