question! so this is what i do routine workout, so u crapper help me out if something that i am doing wrong or i should so more
i am 19 male and coefficient 160-165 pounds, my height is 5.10
1st i separate for same most 7-8 mins on treadmill, then walk on incline 9-10% for about another 7-8 mins, then separate until i reach around 20 mins in total.
then i go to dumbbells and do bicep, triceps and chest workout, then do some abs workout on the ab-crunch machine, and i also use this other machine for chest but i dont know the study of it :
so my questions are
1 should i run some more on treadmill? i lose around 150-170 calories on that a day
2 should i do bench press for chest? and should i go with inferior coefficient and do more or more weight and do less?
3 what is the prizewinning workout band would u propose for abs?
